Pretty good burger until I got to the RAW meat in the middle! Disgusting. It was hard on the outside so I guess the cook assumed it was done all the way through. The fire was up Hella high under the burger so he likely burnt the outside. Cooks need training/a class on cooking turkey vs beef burgers I presume. And the big guy touched my Dayum burger with his hands while cooking. Mad I was that hungry leaving work or I wouldn't have eaten it off that!

Not ran very professionally. The language used is atrocious. The turkey Burger is tasty but you have to overlook the workforce. There's no uniformity (employees wear WHATEVER they like), sagging pants & no gloves in the kitchen, no washing hands between raw foods and prepared foods......just yuck.
