Always good food and service.

Sunday 5:30 Just left Facci. First time experience. Not sure I'd go back. Walked in and we were seated immediately. They were NOT crowded. Looked at the menu and we're ready to order. Still waiting,(10min) my husband said he's waiting 5 more minutes. No one came to our table to offer a drink or ask for out order. We got up and thanked the front desk for the wonderful service. He smiled and thanked us totally oblivious and he seated us. I called to speak to the manager who barely spoke English. He said he would have to check the camera as to what had happened. Waiter and waitress were just standing around. We drove all the way from Monkton and NO SERVICE.
