Last week, I ordered the 3 meat combo and was blown away by how perfectly grilled and seasoned the chicken, beef, and lamb chop were, with sides like the cole slaw and fried rice stealing the show as well. The tres leches cake was incredibly moist without being overly sweet, and the chicken, brined overnight, was juicy, flavorful, and tender-definitely the best pollo a la brasa I've had in the DC area.

Last week, I had a delicious meal delivered that included a 3 meat combo with perfectly grilled chicken, beef, and lamb chop. The sides were excellent, especially the Cole slaw, and the tres leches cake was wonderfully moist without being overly sweet. The chicken at this Peruvian restaurant is always flavorful and juicy, and the variety of sides ensures a complete and satisfying meal.
