They have a great menu. McDonalds is tired at this point. This is the best customer-service restaurant in the area. They have a Manager who is excellent. You go into Mcd's and it is like the Wild West. No grown ups around. Team BK

Just came back frm BK Dunkirk.
The manager was taking all employees' temperatures. Wow , the only place i have been to doing that.
The workers are all very nice. Bk or at least this 1 in Dunkirk, is on par with Chik fil a as far as customer sevice.
The whoppers are too wet and.drippy, with the tomatoes and mayo, but this is every BK. The impossible whopper , to me, was better than the meat whopper. So that's fantastic
( a drier, non drippy sandwich)
Usually -when there is no pandemic-their soda machine is amazinggggg. Surge soda, and probably thousands of choices, omg.
It would be nice if BK had 1.00 sodas like McDonalds. That would be convenient and draw me in way more often. Everybody gets the drinks at McDs bc they are 1.00 and next thing they are ordering.
Anyway the young , thin ,white male who I assume is the Manager , is superior . It is nice to have actual good customer service and managers visible.
Bk has way better fries than Mcds too.
I would like BK to also try not to have tv on when it reopens inside. I think in these tumultuous times , some news may create people to be uncomfortable.
The bathrooms are like every fast food place, but better than Mcds.
Always a safe, good, well-managed experience.
