I have been eating at The Border Cafe restaurants for 20+ years. The Burlington restaurant in my favorite due to the staff, the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend the restaurant and everything on the menu is very good. The chips and salsa to start are fresh and served promptly, the drinks are huge and the time from ordering to getting served is "fast". The staff is incredibly attentive to refills and we have very rarely had to track down a server for our check. Enjoy!
