I have been a long time resident and fan of Bridge when it was really near the Bridge.
Ordered takeout on a Thurs night. Very disappointed. I ordered chicken and spaghetti, one of the dishes they have always been known for.
Spaghetti was watery, sauce was acidic and bland. Almost tastes too much of tomato paste. The chicken coating was nice and crispy, again a bit on the bland side. The. cook needs to be introduced to salt and a few other spices. The meat of the chicken had almost a faint taste of going bad. Thought I was mistaken but tried a different piece same thing.
The rolls are great always my favorite. The salad while fresh, was a mix of iceberg lettuce, onions, green pepper, and tomato. Could have used a few cucumbers or olives to pick up the flavor.
Sorry. Bridge, hang up the pots and stick to pizza and beer. Won't be going back. Can't afford to waste $15 on food I threw away.
