Love this place!! before i go home to three rivers i order here. i wish they delivered to three rivers. food very clean and fresh! friendly staff

Gold Fingers, a staple on the menu, have been mostly dough (no chicken), and either left undercooked and "doughy" or over-cooked to the point where they are hard and the chicken is too dry to eat. The white rice is dry, starchy, often overdone with brown, over-cooked rice mixed in. The chicken chow mein, the pepper steak and onions are mostly just vegetables, little meat. Items are missed or left off the deliveries. Deliveries on Fridays come late, okay if explained front, not okay when an hour and a half passes and to find it hasn't left the restaurant yet. Customer service isn't just cooking what the customer ordered, it is ensuring that the order is consistent and COMPLETE. Sadly disappointed that our favorite Chinese restaurant is no longer providing such service.

The food from Chin's Kitchen is very inconsistent. Sometimes the General Tso's chicken is hot and spicy, but more often than not in the past year it has been bland and tasteless. Furthermore, they mix up the orders often, then expect you to drive back there to return the incorrect order. Chin's used to be my favorite Chinese food, but they have gone so far down hill in the past year that I will not be ordering from them any time soon.

The service is phenomenal! Ten minutes after closing I took a chance and called. They were so gracious and not only made the food but delivered to me on a cold and rainy evening when I didn't want to leave the house. If I could give a 10 STAR rating I would!
