My mother and I went on 6/13. I ordered chicken finger with no ff just broc the chicken fingers were awful they were dry and I had to pull them instead of cutting them.I asked the waitress if these were microwaved or cooked in the oven they were not crispy at all they were the worst I every had. My mother had the spare ribs the waitress said that they are already marinated so she did not want extra sauce. They are not they were very dry there was nothing at all on them. When I told her about my chicken fingers she insisted they were battered and fried she offered to get me something else after those I did not want anything else from the kitchen. I was very disappointed and she did not even offer to get the manager for us. The broccoli I had was very hard and I received a small portion and I did not get french fries I thought I would get more but that was okay because they were hard as a rock and when I told her she did not offer to take them back. I will let people know about all this
