Attending a large wedding party here, I found the buffet thoughtfully prepared with attentive service, and Mr. Louis, the Maitre d', provided excellent hospitality. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, from clam chowder and calamari to burgers and turkey dinner, with standout dishes like the French onion soup and eggplant fries; although the lobster roll lacked freshness, the staff promptly addressed the issue. The historic 19th-century inn setting adds charm, and with a busy atmosphere and great daily specials-including recently added steaks from a sister restaurant-making a reservation is advisable for a smooth dining experience.

The buffet at the wedding I attended was well-prepared, with delicious food selections and attentive servers. The inn had a nice ambiance and a variety of rooms available, making it a busy yet enjoyable place to dine. Despite a minor issue with the freshness of the lobster roll, the overall experience was great and I look forward to returning in the future.
