Saigon NV brings authentic Vietnamese flavors to Boston with standout dishes like Bun Bo Hue that really hit the mark, even if the Pho and spring rolls could use a bit more punch. Saigon NV brings a slice of Vietnam to Boston, and as someone who's grown up with this cuisine, I can appreciate their commitment to authenticity.
