At first glance, the exterior doesn't scream "crowded," but step inside and you'll find it buzzing with people packed into its cozy 15 booths. The service is friendly and patient-though getting drinks took a bit longer than expected, the crispy General Tso Chicken, crab rangoons, and fried rice made every minute worth the wait.
