This dive bar has a circular bar where everyone seems to be playing scratch-offs, and the atmosphere is perfect for people watching and chatting with a fun, friendly crowd. Jasmine, the bartender, is cool, and while the beer selection is pretty standard, the cheap shots and mixed drinks keep things lively, plus there are pool tables, a jukebox, and a Keno machine to keep the night interesting.
