Whenever I visit the H-Mart food court, I always order the half-and-half combo with jjajangmyeon and spicy seafood soup because the noodles are perfectly chewy and the soup has a flavorful kick without being overly spicy. The service is friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who is happy to provide extras like pickled radishes or to-go boxes, and I appreciate that the portions are generous and the fried dumplings are crispy and juicy.
