Manager was rude to me at the window - shook the bag at me and made a comment under her breath - sorry lady. I was having an off day. You could be patient and wait for me to pay - truly rude and just so classless.

Amazing food and the most polite employees! They always greet you with your name at the window and say "my pleasure." The drive thru lines get long but they usually move quickly.

Placed an order for pick up went to go get it and about to leave and realized there was no chips i ordered and no fries so i told them and they gave it to me. THEN when i got home a 30piece chicken nugget i also order for my family was missing and so i went all the way back to go get them and then for the second time i left i realized they didn't give us any sauces EVEN THOUGH WE ASKED FOR 6 chick fila sauces and 2 ranch's THEY GAVE US NOTHING. Terrible experience.
