The hand-pulled noodles here have an incredible chewy texture and rich, flavorful broth that warms the soul, making each bowl a satisfying and memorable meal. Alongside the noodles, the tender lamb skewers and savory flatbread create a perfect harmony of tastes that keep me coming back regularly.
