Couldn't wait to get back to Butch's of uptown. Much to my dismay waiter was not wearing his mask correctly he was wearing it below the nose. That was ok We've had our vaccines and practice safety not only for ourselves but others. Steak tips came out salty. Informed waiter he came off with an attitude saying it's marinade not salt. Then presumably owner came out no mask yelling. He's in the back with no mask making food. Great job Butch's only a matter of time before you shut down again! Gladly left the place and presumed owner threatened to throw dirty water on all of us and sticks up his middle fingers. Shame on Butch's uptown have some class. Will never return but will report you to the state. Classless at it's best. Support your local restaurant I think not!

My first time at Butches thanks to my co worker Joan, we had there today before my appointment the shepards pie was really good the waitress and hostess was nice and helpful. Hopefully I'll be back soon

My wife and i eat out on weekends and we just discovered Butch's Uptown, and i think we are just in love with this place ! 1st of all the food is really unbelievable , the freshest fish, the most tenderest meat and a really great menu , and then the service , the best. and the friendliest people. now you know we come every week traveling over from Tyngsborough. we brought friends this week and now they are hooked too ! Thank you , Butch for making our eating experience the absolute best !! OH, and the bread pudding, i almost forgot ,all i can say is MAMA MIA ! Tommy and Janice Caruso

The food here is great. We have been here many times and never had a bad experience. It is nothing fancy but always great quality.There are so many great choices on the menu and always a wide variety of specials offered each night. I love the baked stuffed haddock when its on special. It should be on the menu all the time !! The Fritto Misto appetizer is awesome and they make their own mozzarella sticks!! Fish is always fresh. It is a truly a gem in Haverhill.

My girlfriend & I decided to try Butchs after seeing the review on the Phantom Gourmet. We arrived around 4.45pm Saturday and we were seated in the dining area near the front window. Knowing how much my girlfriend likes fish, I suggested to her that she might want to try there Baked Haddock they said in the review how good is was and she decided to try it. I ordered the special which was Chicken Parm Sausage, & Meatball over Spaghetti. She enjoyed her meal, But I was extremely disappointed with mine. The Sausage & meatball was AWFUL especially the meatball, I never tasted a worse meatball in my life, whoever is making those meatballs should be immediately FIRED HIM or HER and after you fire them take them off the Menu, WE WONT BE BACK
