Granny’s Baking Table is a joint venture of Sonya Yelder and Todd Crosset. We are artisan bakers, committed equally to our craft and the people who choose to live and work in Springfield. We celebrate and reflect the richness of our community.

Fantastic pastries- the croissants are quite literally the best I've had in the US. Really cute place in downtown Springfield, black-owned, and everyone is very friendly!
