Eddie's in McAllen has some really tasty food, but I wish they would add more bacon to the bacon and egg tacos; it felt like I was eating mostly egg with just a few bits of bacon. The customer service is always friendly, and even when it's packed, my order has never been messed up. It's awesome to see how this place has transformed from a gas station to a bustling eatery with great prices and delicious breakfast options!
