The pollo, ribs, and sausage here are flavorful and juicy, seasoned with a perfect blend of spices that reflect authentic Valley-style mesquite grilling. Service is friendly and fast, with the convenience of car-side ordering and generous portions that include delicious sides like buttery rice, charro beans, fresh salsa, and chips. Although the ambiance is unassuming and the dining area simple, the quality of the BBQ and the welcoming atmosphere make it a favorite spot for satisfying, traditional meals without the heavy sauces typical of other BBQ joints.
