The food here is consistently delicious, with generous portions and quality ingredients. I ordered the General Tso's chicken plate and it was flavorful and satisfying. The shrimp lo mein was a big hit with my husband, who loved the ample amount of shrimp in the dish. Overall, a great choice for Chinese takeout night at home!

My wife and I ate lunch recently Papa lee's and we were very disappointed. The food was made fresh, but it had a pretty bad taste.

This is our best Chinese Restaurant in Pharr/Mcallen. Now the smell is the whole buildings smell except HEB. Try going into Pizza Hut and you will know what i mean! Wonder if anyone is doing anything about it? Does any one care ? But as for the Papa Lee food, it taste great,hot and its always, always,always fresh YOU CANT GET BETTER THAN THAT !!! Im a loyal repeat customer and the service is quick too.

So clean place,clean tables, great fast customer service and best of all SUPER FRESH DELICIOUS FOOD!!

YEAP REVIEW WAS 100% correct when mentioning that this place had the most fresh CHINESE FOOD EVER !! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND FAST ! iF THE PLACE SMELLED AS ONE VIEWER MENTIONED ITS THE WHOLE BUILDNG WEST OF PAPA LEE THAT HAS A BAD SEWER OR SOMETHING WORSE ! GO INTO PIZZA HUT CLOSE TO IT AND IT GETS WORSE.
PAPA LEE HAS A VERY CLEAN PLACE !

IF MORE STARS WERE ALLOWED I WOULD GIVE THEM ALL !!!
