The food here is consistently fresh and flavorful, with dishes like chow mein, black pepper chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and egg rolls served generously. The service is friendly and polite, especially from staff like Adam and the manager, who create a welcoming atmosphere. One minor downside was the lack of napkins, which was inconvenient for eating on the go, but overall, this location offers some of the best Chinese cuisine in the McAllen area.

The food at Panda Express was delicious and the service was great, although I was disappointed that they forgot to provide napkins.
