The food here is consistently delicious, especially the chicharrones, which I find unmatched in flavor and quality. The staff is friendly and the service is fast, making it a convenient choice for authentic Mexican cuisine in the valley.

The food at this shop is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is really fun. The staff there are so friendly, which makes it a great place to stop by regularly for my chicharrón fix.

The chicharrónes con salsa roja are EPIC! Along w/the handmade tortillas de maí­z make for The best ever chicharrónes con salsa roja tacos! Love them like no other!!!!! The service & staff are top notch as well.

The best chicharrón con salsa roja tacos EVER! Being from San Antonio it's not like we don't have great Mexican restaurants but this is El Ultimo for chicharrons anywhere-even Mexico! In the DF recently & tried several places & nobody equaled El Guero!!!
