The drive-thru service at this El Pato location has consistently impressed me with quick food preparation and quality. The carne guisada here rivals that of other El Pato restaurants, and the fluffy tortillas are a standout feature. Despite not dining inside, the efficient service and delicious food during my visit stood out, showcasing a noticeable improvement in overall experience. The friendly staff, efficient operations, and tasty food make this a great choice for a satisfying meal.

Staff is so nice and the person who took my order was very clear and greeted me with a great smile. Nice to know these people care about their customers.

Worst service ever rude all around been a customer since 1979 last 2 times waited over 5 mins to order no one answered back so I left. Bottom line will never be back. Guess owners don't care about what people think, worst management ever manger was a better server than manger........
