I eat here regularly. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. In case your new to Mama Mia's let me point out that there are actually two separate dining rooms. The main room is in front next to Business 83. This entrance is on the side of the building. The other restaurant is in back of the 1st dining room, this room is entered from the rear of the building. Also, during pleasant weather conditions there is a dining are just outside the entrance to this 2nd dinning room.
The food is prepared fresh in the single kitchen. While they do specialize in Pizza they also offer many familiar Italian Dishes, Lasagna, Stromboli and Spaghetti. The spaghetti is cooked to just the right consistency and the sauce is flavorful and a delight to the taste. I however am partial to the Bollanase Sauce, it is one of the better I have found.
I owned a very large Italian Restaurant for several decades. I know my Italian Food! This is the best Italian Food in the Valley!
