Key of C Coffee House and Bakery, 116 Lithia Way, (541) 488-0302, Hours: Monday-Saturday 6am-4pm, Sunday 7am-3pm. Free and very strong wireless. Known in town for their friendly staff and their very popular NY style handmade bagels. Each bagel is made by hand the morning of and comes in a vast array of unique flavors such as swiss/jalapeno, cheddar/scallion, red potato/pepper, and more! All their food and deserts are homemade and delicious! Try their their cardomom cake, cabbage borscht, the rise and shine bran muffins (almost tastes like a spiced carrot cake) , Greek lentil soup, or selection of spiced oatmeal cookies for a real treat! Open every day with a mellow atmosphere; perfect for students, travelers, and locals alike. Sunday mornings are always packed with dancers, musicians, and world music enthusiasts for the free Eastern European folk music from 7am -11am. 1 block from the main strip of town, a 2 minute walk to downtown Ashland, and neighbors to the best vintage clothing shop in town Atomica, Paddington Station Ashland's biggest and most popular knick-knack store, Tabu the most happening tapas bar, and more. The best low key (pun intended) spot in town that gives you quality espresso drinks, loose leaf teas, and handmade/homemade foods. A cornerstone in Ashland for over 20+ years.
