The Lomo Saltado here ranks as the second best I've ever tasted, with fresh veggies and a flavorful green chimichurri sauce that I really enjoy. The fusion of Peruvian and Japanese influences shines through dishes like the Tallarin Saltado, and the portions are generous with authentic, vibrant spices. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the variety of sauces adds exciting layers of flavor that keep me coming back.

They've got some seriously tasty Loma Saltado - definitely one of the best I've had. The fusion twist in their dishes is on point, and the portions are generous too. The flavors are so good, it's worth making the trip to Medford just to eat here!

We booked these guys for a graveyard service, they showed up under prepared with far to little food. I did not get to eat. Probably good if they cook more next time..
