I discovered this food truck at the bustling Memphis Botanic Garden during Food Truck night. They offer a variety of grilled cheese options, with my favorite being The Triple Decker loaded with colby jack, provolone, and pepperjack cheese. The service was quick and friendly, and the sandwiches were flavorful and satisfying. Despite the slightly higher prices, the quality and taste of the grilled cheese sandwiches are definitely worth it.
