I had the most incredible experience with Meals in Motion! I usually don't do food delivery, but wow, these guys changed my mind. The person who took my call was a pro, the delivery was lightning fast, and the food was delicious! If you haven't tried them yet, what are you waiting for? You won't be disappointed!

.I will never use this delivery service again! I ordered my food at 4:30 to be delivered at 6:00. Like another reviewer my order was not called in until an hour before my delivery time. I was told that when they call it in, is they find out the wait time for that restaurant. When I placed the order the app said the wait time was 30 minutes, when they called the order in, the wait time had changed to 1 hour and 40 minutes. Why do they even bother to put the wait time on their app if it is not correct and why do they wait an hour before placing the order?
I missed their call informing me of the longer wait time and when they didn't talk to me, they canceled my order. I kept checking the app to see about the status of my order. The app had not been updated to show me the order had been canceled and when I checked it again it showed that the order was now a prior order and would I like to order it again. This is not the way to run your company that is customer service based.

Last time I placed an order, it was an hour before my order was sent to the restaurant. By then, the wait time at the restaurant had increased by thirty minutes to one hour and thirty minutes. I ordered at 5:30 and got my food at 8:00.
