Never try to dine in at the Bartlett, TN location. We went on a late Tuesday afternoon Dec 27th and we left because it looked like a nightmare - they had 1 waitress, dirty tables and several groups of people waiting around for tables. The building is just too small leaving no room for anymore tables. There are no clear instructions where to check in or anyone waiting to greet people as they walk in the door - only adding to the mass crowd confusion. Slow slow slow.

Setting is dreary, but the chicken is good if you ask them to hold the salt, which is excessive otherwise. You can always add it yourself if need be.
