Equestria offers great unique food. My first course was a very interesting spin on the caesar salad. Topped with fresh fried oysters and a pecan dressing, it was an amazing salad. My next course was very large tender Pork Osso Bucco with a great sweet potato rissotto. My guest favored a salmon dish with scallops in strangley good pear sauce. The last course was a vanilla creme brulee, the best I've ever had. Unfortunately
the same could not be said about the tiramisu, which was o.k. but tasted store bought. The service was very attentive, without being over bearing. The highlight of the evening, was talking to the chef and the very knowledgable sommelier. They seemed to be very active with all the guest.
