Having grown up eating homemade Mexican food in California, I can confidently say the authenticity and flavor here rival any traditional Mexican cuisine I've experienced. The carnitas are cooked in lard over a gas flame, tacos come with freshly handmade corn tortillas, and the menu features excellent dishes like pozole, menudo, and fresh agua de piña, all prepared with passion and care.
