As a Texan, I tend to be cautious about trying BBQ outside of my home state. However, I must say that the flavors at this establishment impressed me. The sandwiches I ordered were tasty, although I felt the brisket could use a bit more seasoning. The coleslaw added a nice touch to both sandwiches, and the service was prompt and friendly.
