Horrible food, I regret spending my money on food I wouldn't feed to a dog, I have been unsuccessful whenever I called to inform the manager of my delivery order, me and a coworker

We went to Westy's by default after visiting Bass Pro. The service was terrible-we were seated 20 minutes before ever approached by wait staff. Despite the stuffed mushrooms being featured on their chalkboard, they were out of them. Also out of chicken and dumplings. The server was not knowledgable of the menu and could not answer any of the questions we had. Drinks went empty and the soup we ordered to have before the meal arrived 10 minutes after our entrees. The shrimp bisque was not edible and the shrimp creole tasted canned. It was a very disappointing experience.

The food was excellent. Catfish and ribs are a must. The staff are wonderful. Jamie and her daughter made us feel right at home. This is a place that is a great place to eat when traveling in Memphis.
