• Cafe guse's matcha tea is a ceremonial grade matcha, meaning it is a more vibrant and deeper shade of green, due to the fact that it is made from the youngest tea leaves that have higher concentrations of chlorophyll.

• Café guse's cold brew is organic coffee, brewed with cold water, allowed to steep between 12 and 24 hours. This is a summer staple. It is great solo, or dolled up with cream and flavors. It has a strong, bold flavor. It is a step stronger than iced coffee and a step under an iced Americano.
