• Smothered in home made coney sauce, topped with chopped onions, and loaded down in shredded cheese.

• Pretzel Dog $7.25
• This is an all beef dog made by a company called Kunzler based in Lancaster, Pa. They take an all beef dog and wrap it tightly in REAL soft pretzel dough. It takes approximately 7 to 10 minutes to bake in the oven. Yes, we really do cook here.This can be served with your choice of Mustard (Free), Cheese Dip, or both.

• Purebred Dog $5.20
• This hot dog comes in it's natural form with your choice or all of the following: ketchup, Mustard, Onions or Relish.

• Junkyard Dog $7.50
• This hot dog has just about everything on it but the kitchen sink. The hot dog is placed on the bun and one half is covered in coleslaw while the other half is covered in coney sauce. We then top it off with diced onions, ketchup down both sides and then a stripe of mustard down the center and cover the whole thing in finely cut shredded cheese.

• Hot dog resting on a bed of German Potato Salad with Dill Pickle Slices on the side of the bun and then topped off with your choice of Yellow or Spicy Brown Mustard.

• 1/4 Lb. Corn Dog. Just as good as a state fair corn dog without all the grease.

• Smoush $7.25
• The smoush is short for the smoushound which is a breed of dog where coleslaw originated. We place the hotdog on the bun and surround it with coleslaw and then top it off with chopped onions, ketchup, and mustard.

• Doxy $5.50
• Doxy is short for dachshund which is a german breed of dog. Making it so perfect for us to place the hot dog on a bun, a stripe of mustard down the center of the dog and then covering it up with loads of sauerkraut.

• Kids Phudle Wrap $6.00
• We take your choice of a bun or white tortilla and layer the center with white cheddar mac n cheese, and then place the 100% Angus Beef Dog right on top of it and top it off with ketchup and roll it up like a wrap.

• Specialty Dogs
• Walk'n Mi Dog $5.50
• The walk'n mi dog is our twist on the walk'n taco. We take a hot dog and dice it up and put it in a bag of crushed nacho cheese doritos. We then top it off with salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Served carnival style, in the nacho cheese dorito bag.

• Phuphu $7.15
• It's a breed of dog where srirachi originated. This creation is a white tortilla with a slice of ghost pepper cheese covered in white cheddar mac n cheese with a hot dog seated atop and then topped off with srirachi ketchup, then rolled up like a wrap.

• Pizza Dog $9.55
• This hot dog will be placed on a bun that is lightly toasted with home made garlic butter on it and then topped with pizza sauce. We then take turkey pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on top and then place the dog in the center and add more pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on top of the dog and then toasted until the cheese is nice and bubbly.

• Bun Splitt'n Chicago Style $7.80
• The Chicago style dog is served on a bun splitt'n steamed poppy seed bun. We place tomato wedges on one side of the bun, dill pickle spears on the other and then in the center we place the hot dog and top it off with yellow mustard, onions, bright neon green relish, authentic Chicago sport peppers, and celery salt in that order. This dog was made for the aesthetics of it. YOU WILL need both hands to eat this dog.

• First we spread nacho cheese dip on the bun and then we take finely crushed Doritos over all that and then place a hot dog with a Slim Jim through the center of it. We then take a handful of sliced jalapenos on top and then put more nacho cheese dip over top and then empty the Dorito bag over top.

• Banh Mi Vietnamese Dog $9.75
• Start with placing an Angus Beef Dog on the bun then topped with fresh in house made pickled carrots, fresh sliced cucumbers, fresh cilantro leaves and then sriracha.

• There is no separation anxiety when it comes to this hot dog. We take a sliced hot dog and place it on a bed of shredded cheese, onions and jalapenos between 2 white 6-1/4 inch tortillas and then toast them til the cheese is melted to perfection.

• El Gato Gordo - A.k.a. The Fat Cat $9.75
• This dog is placed on a bed of crushed Fritos. We then top the dog off by default with Medium Nacho Cheese (Mild can be substituted), Sour Cream and for the finishing touches Pico De Gallo and Jalapenos.

• We take a 12 inch bun and place an 11 1/2 inch Angus Beef Dog on it and then top it off with our home made coney sauce, diced onions, mustard, jalapenos and shredded cheese. We then place it in the oven to slightly toast the bun and melt the cheese. Comes with choice of drink and chips.

• The Super Reuby $19.45
• This is the ultimate carnivore's delight. On a 12 inch long bun we place a 1/4 pound of real beef Pastrami, then drop an 11-1/2 inch long, 1/2 pound Angus beef dog on top. We then layer a coating of our in house made Russian dressing with a slight kick and then top it off from end to end with with sauerkraut. For the final touches we add a 1/4 pound of REAL Baby Swiss cheese and then place it in the oven til the cheese is nice golden and bubbly.

• This is our double coney dog. We take a bun and slice the top of the bun to make a pocket in it. We then place one almost 1/4 pound dog on the bun and one in the pocket we just cut. We then top both dogs like we would for our regular coney dogs, and that is with home made coney sauce, onions and shredded cheese. Comes with choice of drink and chips.

• The bun is layered with a 1/4 pound beef Pastrami and then we place an almost 1/4 pound Angus Beef dog on top. We then take an in house made version of Russian dressing with a slight kick and then cover the whole dog up from end to end with sauerkraut and finally add real Baby Swiss cheese from end to end. It then goes into the oven until the cheese is nice and golden and bubbly. Comes with your choice of drink and chips.

• Schmidt's 1/3 Lb Bahama Mama Dog Combo $16.95
• This is an authentic Schmidt's Bahama mama (contains pork). We bake this in the oven and place it on a lightly toasted bun. we then spread horseradish on one side of the bun, and then spicy brown mustard down the center of the bahama mama. We then top it off with loads of sauerkraut. We serve this with a 6 oz. german potato salad and choice of drink.
