• If you like caramel this is the drink for you. A flawless fusion of caramel, milk, espresso with a dash of cinnamon on top. It is delicious either iced or hot. The small and medium are made with 2 shots of our in-house roasted espresso and the large is made with 4 shots.

• Served Iced or Hot. The ultimate mocha. This is a delicious union of dark chocolate, vanilla bean, milk and espresso. The small and medium come with two shots the large has 4 shots of espresso.

• This delicious smoothie is made with Spinach, Pineapple, Banana, OJ, and 10 grams of Protein. All of our smoothies combine fruit, veggies, protein powder and some juice. It is a great way start your day or as a healthy snack. We use whey protein but the smoothie can be made with out it if you would like. Please specify in the comments.

• This is Paul's favorite smoothie. Strawberries, Beets, Banana, Cranberry Juice and Mint. It is sweet, tart, minty and earthy. It is made of fruit, veggies, protein powder and some juice.
