- Also known as Xian Noodles. A spicy non-broth dish using egg noodles and a few of our toppings. Hot oil is drizzled on top of the spices to coat the noodles with the flavor.

- This is just an extra serving of plain egg noodles. Egg Noodles are a softer noodle that have eggs in the ingredients. These noodles are best for our dishes that do not have a broth. The broth will cause the the soft noodles to break down quicker.

- This is just an extra serving of plain Ramen Noodles. Ramen Noodles are richer in minerals. Ours include eggs. These noodles are heartier than egg noodles and hold up to the broth dishes better.
- Extra Rice Vermicelli Noodles $7.00
- This is just an extra serving of plain Rice Vermicelli Noodles. These thin rice based noodles are the best choose for people on gluten free diets.

- This is just an extra serving of plain Udon Noodles. Udon Noodles are a basic wheat based noodle that are among the thickest noodles. These chewy, soft, neutral flavored noodles are best for bowls that have strong flavors.
