• Our flagship IPA is brewed with four different northwest hops that give it a citrus aroma and balance out the bitterness. Pine, grapefruit, and pineapple notes are followed up with a light bitter finish. 78 ibu — 6.7% abv.

• Grassy knoll editionin this IPA we used pine needles and Chinook hops to give a piney, floral nose and mosaic hops to provide a citrus balance. The addition of rye and white wheat give it it's full body. 6.2% abv.
