- Chopped Pork Platter
- The biggest seller on the menu. Boston b*** slow smoked for 8 or so hours and hand chopped by order. Who knows why they're called butts when they come from the from the front of the hog?
- Rib Platter
- Barbecue rib platter - same recipe for over 40 years! Smoked on our open pit for hours and basted with our mild sauce. Gotta have'em!
- Conglomeration Platter
- Conglomeration platter - comes with pork, beef & ribs or yes you can change it up but some items are extra.
- Bbq Chicken Platter
- 1/2 fresh chicken barbecued on our open pit and basted with mild sauce a winner for sure!
- Brisket Platter
- This ain't Texas but you might think so when you eat our brisket. We smoke it for at least 12 hours, slice it, and serve without special scoop sauce (a great BBQ sauce with espresso).
- Your Choice Platter
- Customizable platter with choices of sauce (ranging from hot to no sauce), select from 12 proteins including pork, beef, chicken, and turkey. Includes two side dish options from a selection of 34 items, such as adult chili, baked beans, and coleslaw, plus choices of bread like french bread and cornbread. Drink selections include sweet and unsweetened tea, lemonade, various sodas, coffee, and milk.

- Numero Uno - what we sell the most of. In Columbus we serve our Boston b*** chopped or sliced. This one is sliced and served with your choice of sauce or heck just eat it like it is - you decide!

- Some years ago I used to love a restaurant called Linwood Lunch Room - they had the best hamburger steak ever and we did our best to copy it smothered in gravy and onions - this one takes a while cause we cook them fresh.

- Oh yeah! Large baked potato topped with butter, chopped pork, cheddar, smoky sauce and sour cream. (Chicken tater or cow tater 50 extra.
- All Breast Fr Chicken
- We skin our chicken except wings ( you know skin has most of the fat) - dip it in buttermilk, roll it in flour and fry in peanut oil - takes a while to make but it’s good. 3 bone in breasts!

- Pretty much a standard - bacon, ham, turkey, lettuce, tomato and jack cheese. Served with tater salad.
- Country Scrambled Dog
- A Columbus Ga favorite - won't find it much of anywhere else. Two dogs sliced up on bun with mustard then covered with our adult chili, barbecue onions, slaw and pickles. Top it with oyster crackers and you got a meal.
- Giant Steak Sandwich
- It is giant. We take 1/2 a whole pork tenderloin, pound it out, bread it and fry in peanut oil. Served on a seeded bun with mayo, lettuce and tomato and a pickle.
- Peanut Butter & Jelly
- Classic peanut butter and grape jelly on white bread - still gotta have it sometimes.

- All beef dog with our house made chili, onions and pickles.

- Our Brunswick Stew is among the best and we've worked on the recipe for years. The original came from a Vice President at Southern Foods years ago. Ours is basically pork, chicken, onions, tomatoes, corn, barbecue sauce and spices. It takes a lot of time and labor to make it but it’s worth it.
- Fried Green Tomatoes
- Three slices of fried green tomatoes.
- French Fries
- We cut our own fries several times a day and then fry in 100% peanut oil for a great flavor.
- Tossed Salad
- Now what’s special about our regular tater salad is we chop fresh lettuce pretty much all day long. It’s got a little mix in it with red cabbage and carrots. Pick which great dressing you want.
- Collards
- We use only fresh collards and cook them in a large steam kettle with ham and a few spices. They're really good and very popular - assuming you like collards! I do!
- Black Eyed Peas
- These are the dried kind. We cook them with some of our smoked ham for a real southern treat.

- Fresh cabbage just boiled up with smoked ham - good for ya and good to ya.
- Fried Okra
- Crispy golden Okra bites, perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection.

- Now we're kinda famous for these. They're really large Mississippi sweets. We rub them with oil and bake. You can get butter, cinnamon or brown.

- I got the idea for barbecue onions from bill, Neal and phil's BBQ in Phenix City a bunch of decades ago when i ate there as a teenager. Ours are.

- Our butter beans are tiny green ones cooked with smoked ham. We insist on petite ones and they are super hard to find. Every now and then we have to buy a little larger bean. They are definitely one of our most popular items.

- Creamy, classic macaroni in a rich, velvety cheese sauce.
- Mash Potato No Gravy
- Potatoes whipped to a creamy consistency with milk and butter, seasoned with salt and pepper.

- Our Brunswick Stew is among the best and we've worked on the recipe for years. The original came from a Vice President at Southern Foods years ago. Ours is basically pork, chicken, onions, tomatoes, corn, barbecue sauce and spices. It takes a lot of time and labor to make it but it’s worth it.
