• Sirloin Steak on top of fresh house made linguine noodles. Our Pesto combines basil leaves directly from a living plant, fresh garlic, Parmegiano-Reggiano and Pecorino-Romano cheese, light taste olive oil, toasted pine nuts and salt. The perfect pairing for steak.

• Fresh cooked chicken breast on a bed of our fresh house made linguine noodles tossed in our Signature Alfredo. Our Alfredo sauce is as simple yet real as it gets, grated park, fresh garlic, heavy cream, salt and pepper it isn't made until you order it.

• Spicy Bolognese $15.00
• We are proud of our Spicy Bolognese, to put it simply, this is a pasta you can eat everyday, any time of day. We start with Onions, carrots and celery to make a traditional Italian Soffritto. From there we add our blend of spices and garlic to our signature tomato sauce, then cook and add ground turkey, ground beef and ground pork sausage and let this simmer until it has developed. We add our secret blend of 3 heats to it and you have our Spicy Bolognese. We then toss it with our house made linguine noodles and scoop one more ladle full on top and dress with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino-Romano cheese and a little parsley. Choose how spicy you want it!

• 12 large shrimp on a bed of our fresh house made linguine noodles that have been tossed with our Signature Alfredo. Our Alfredo sauce is as simple yet real as it gets with parm cheese, butter, salt and pepper, minced garlic and made fresh each order.

• 3 Meat Spaghetti $15.00
• Our take on spaghetti. We start with our Tomato sauce and then add a traditional Italian Soffritto, as well as garlic, ground turkey, ground pork sausage and ground beef. We let it simmer until they are all friends then we toss it with our fresh house made linguine noodles. We ladle two more scoops on top and dress with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino-Romano cheese and a little parsley. Sure to please!

• We take a classic breadstick and then drizzle it with light taste olive oil, a little salt and pepper, some parsley flakes and a little Pecorino-Romano and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese on top, then we toast it for 5 minuets. Sent to you in foil. Get a side sauce when you order 5 or more or add one for $1. The side sauce is our fresh made Marinara, feel free to add another.
