• 12.2% ABV, abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging.

• Boulevard Whiskey Barrel Aged Stout (355ml) $9.00
• 11.8% ABV, Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Roughly one-third of the final blend is freshly brewed beer; the rest is aged for up to a year (or more!) in both first and second use whiskey casks

Classy and incredibly underrated, this is a must-have if you haven't tried our Helles Lagers yet.

• 6.5% ABV, West Coast IPA brewed with Mosaic & HBC 586 hops, with a dash of Riwaka for added depth. This is a refreshing IPA that’s tropical and light, but heavy on the hop flavor and aroma. Tangerine, guava, pineapple, and a blueberry/mango medley are supported by a delicate platform of subtle herbs and a continuous trickle of tropical candy vibes. Thoughtfully brewed in order to achieve maximum drinkability. Light on bitterness, dry on the finish, lowish in alcohol and impeccably well balanced. Or in other words, a total crusher.

• 8.5% ABV, ASB teamed up with their friends from Garage Project in New Zealand to produce this Hazy Double IPA infused with unparalleled levels of terroir driven hop character. MMMM southern hemisphere hops.

• Alvarado St. Nostalgic Face Swap (475ml) $12.00
• 5.5% ABV, Collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing Company, Cloudburst Brewing, Faction Brewing, Pinthouse Brewing. MORE PALE ALE PLZ – For the breweries we’ve worked with on this beer, there are two quasi-obsessions: Pale Ale & Simcoe. We all adore these two things, and it would be egregious to not brew a collaborative Pale Ale dominated with three different lots of Simcoe T90 pellets, Simcoe ‘301’ fresh hop cryo, and Simcoe 702 hop extract. The twist: a lil’ bit of exemplary HBC 586 hops to compliment said Simcoe. So there you have it, an easy drinking Simcoe heavy Pale Ale to celebrate 10 years of BURP HOPS!

• 8% ABV. Fruited Sour with rich sweetness of agave, the zesty kick of lime and the vibrant, penetrating bite of grapefruit all dance together on an invigorating raft of bubbles. It's a genuine cocktail-like drinking experience in beer form!

• Alvarado St. Retro Resin (475ml) $13.00
• 7% ABV, Collaboration with Altamont, Burgeon, North Park, Shred Beer, Urban Roots, and Smokehouse Brewing. Some of California’s most prolific hop specialists together created this special WC IPA.

• Alvarado St. Southern Hemi (475ml) $14.00
• 8.5% ABV, A Hazy Double IPA is one of our most ambitious Southern Hemisphere hop showcases to date. It features eight different lots of five different hop varieties sourced from four different growers. Together, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Waimea, NZ Cascade and Manalita deliver an immersive tropical diesel and sweet fruit experience that borders on overwhelming. And that is just the nose. Once all of those hop oils light off in your mouth, there is nothing left to do but hold on tight and let the blur of spicy passionfruit, mango creamsicles, pineapple infused Sauv Blanc, sticky flower, and fresh squeezed orange juice pin you to your sea. A beer dry hopped with nearly 426 lbs of hops (see what we did there) shouldn’t be this easy to drink, but trust us- this hard charging elephant is made of pure velvet.

• 0% ABV, The complement to the Hazy had to be easy-drinking, approachable, and low calorie, yet full of flavor and authenticity. We used a combination of Cologne and Pilsner malts and Hallertau Traditional hops to create a refreshingly complex Kolsch-style ale. Its sturdy caramel malt flavor is perfectly balanced by the citrusy hops, leaving a bright and crisp finish. The quintessential embodiment of "ALL DAY. EVERY DAY."

• Non-Alcoholic. Tropical fruits and grassy notes mix it up. Oats and wheat unite for a smoother ride. Full flavor, low alcohol, all out New England.

• Brewdog Na Punk Af (355ml) $6.00
• No alcohol just got Punked up. And Punk AF lives up to its billing. All the attitude, all the flavour but none of the alcohol. Say hello to the Punkest alcohol free beer in town. Juicy tropical fruit mixes it up with grassy and pine notes. All sitting on a solid malt bassline. Full flavour, no alcohol, all Punk.

• Cantillon Kriek (375ml) $37.00
• 5.5% ABV, This cherry of the Brussels gueuze cutters does not need to be presented. Fresh, fruity and desaltering. Morella organic mixed with lambic of 20 months. After a maceration of two to three months, the Lambic extracted the color, aromas and taste of the Nightshades.

• Cellarmaker Citra Galaxy (475ml) $11.00
• 6.8% ABV, A hop lover’s dream combo of the two most intensely fruity hops. Australian Galaxy, notorious for sticky mango and passionfruit nectar aromas compliments the zesty tangerine and melon of Citra. Smooth, chewy and juicy as hell, we know that any Hazy IPA fan will be all about this dopeness!

• Cellarmaker Dank & Infused (475ml) $11.00
• 5.5% ABV, -West Coast Pilsner-Dank and Infused, a pretty proper name for this easy drinking and crisp hoppy Lager. We saturated the kettle during the brew with Citra 702, a concentrated oil extracted from Citra hops by Yakima Chief in Washington. We then dry hopped Dank and Infused with more Citra, Strata and Peacharine - a new hop out of Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. We get soft and elegant notes of tangy tangelo, thai lime leaf and Mendocino outdoor buds.

• Cellarmaker Dank Statement (475ml) $14.00
• 10% ABV, We don’t always make triple IPAs but when we do, they are DANK. Imagine our level of stokedness to bring back this ripping West Coast banger! We swapped some hops in & out to update this to match our current ideals of what makes the best terpene driven clear & bitter beer. Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata & Centennial hops are layered in over and over to create a beer with bright aromas of strawberry daiquiri, Grand Marnier & lemon sorbet, supported by immature ganja bud and redwood forest floor. The 10% alcohol by volume is hidden well behind a high level of clean & crisp bitterness.

• Cellarmaker Double Dobis (475ml) $13.00
• 8.2% ABV, For this single hopped Double IPA we use one of our favorite hops, CITRA!!! This hop brings potent aroma and flavor, notably of pine sap, lychee, orange and pineapple. This is dry hopped with our finest Citra from multiple lots as well as Citra Cryo (think hop hash). The result is silky and juicy but with a noticeable hop kick that lets you know this is a Double IPA!

• Cellarmaker License To Chill (475ml) $12.00
• 6.5% ABV, Our friends at Liquid Gravity Brewing Co. came up during Beer Week and brewed this Cold IPA. What’s a cold IPA? Well it’s a form of West Coast IPA that is fermented cold with a lager yeast and achieves a lightness in appearance that could be mistaken for a pilsner, but smells and tastes like a proper IPA. We incorporated Simcoe and Mosaic for some classic IPA aromas and also highly hopped License to Chill with New Zealand Cascade, a hop that brings some bright citrus and floral notes.

• Cellarmaker Lupulin Fusion Disorder (475ml) $12.00
• 7% ABV, Drinking this West Coast IPA collaboration with Cellarmaker, Riip and Ghost Town will give you Lupulin Fusion Disorder, an affliction of dank burps, bitter thoughts and an unrelenting piney taste in one’s mouth. Does the aroma of ripping terpenes and thiols make you excited? You may already have Lupulin Fusion Disorder. Only one way to find out though: drink this collab hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic 702, Simcoe, HBC 586 and Columbus Cryo and see what we are talking about!

• Cellarmaker Tiny Dankster (475ml) $10.00
• 5.7% ABV, Hopped with generous additions of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Citra this is one of our juiciest and favorite pale ales. It is a mini version of our double IPA Original Dankster. Notes of pineapple, kiwi, gooseberry, diesel, citrus and tropical fruits. Hold Me Closer Tiny Dankster!

• Cellarmaker Wicked Juicy (475ml) $12.00
• 7% ABV, In California we say HELLA, but in Boston they say WICKED... We brewed Wicked Juicy as our 1st attempt at creating an IPA in the style of the great hop-forward brewers in the Northeast. Now it is a favorite! We make this one with Simcoe, Citra & Galaxy hops along with a simple grist of pale malt & oats & fermented it warm with English ale yeast.

• Chimay Red (330ml) $10.00
• 7% ABV, Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance.
