• We take our whole Rib tip and rub it and smoke it just like our ribs then cut it into chunks to make these delicious tips. Similar size to a chicken wing.

• Our delicious Smoked burgers are a half pound special grind patty fresh patted everyday and cooked 100% on our smoker.

• Smoked Hot Dog $4.00
• Our Smoked hot dogs are 1/4lb all beef hot dogs cooked in the smoker and put on a bun dressed to your choosing.

• Moose Dog $8.00
• Our Moose dog is a 1/4lb all beef hot dog wrapped in bacon then cooked to perfection on the smoker. It is then put on a bun and cover with a healthy portion of our fresh pulled pork a luscious blanked of nacho cheese and finished with a drizzle of our bbq sauce and our white sauce and a dusting of our sweet rub with optional jalapeños.

• 1/4 lb all beef hot dog wrapped in bacon and smoked for 1hr then put on a bun with a scoop of out homemade mac and cheese then topped with a layer of nacho cheese then a drizzle of our sweet bbq sauce and our white sauce with a dusting of our sweet rub and jalapeños if wanted.

• Our nachos start with a bed of tortilla chips covered with cheese then juicy pulled pork then more nacho cheese, bbq sauce, and white sauce with a dusting of our sweet rub. Jalapeños optional.

• Bbq Mac Or Hash $13.00
• This delicious entrée is your choice of our hashbrown casserole or mac and cheese then we cover it with some juicy pulled pork, nacho cheese, bbq sauce, and our white sauce. Jalapeños optional.

• Chicken Quesadilla $8.00
• Our quesadillas start with a flour tortilla we then add our delicious white sauce a gooey cheese blend then our Cajun style chicken meat a lil more white sauce then folded in half and crisped on both sides!!!!!

• Our Burgapeno is a 1/2 lb Smoked burger topped with pepper jack cheese mayo 2 Jalapeño poppers and our honey Sriracha sauce!!!!

• Our ribs are covered with our signature sweet rub then Smoked for 5hrs to perfection.

• Wings $1.25
• Our wings are marinated in our special seasoning then Smoked to perfection. They are then fried to order to crisp the skin and tossed is sauce or rub of your choice.

• There's nothing like a good rice with a good but not to strong flavoring and that's what our chicken rice is and also made in house

• Our fries are cut fresh daily and fried to perfection then tossed in our sweet rub ????

• Our Cajun corn is whole kernel corn mixed with butter cream cheese and our flavorful Cajun rub put together for a delicious side.

• Hash Brown Casserole $3.50
• Our hashbrown casserole is a simple but delicious mixture of taters, cheese, and seasonings mixed together then put in the smoker and smoked to perfection ????

• If you like mac and cheese we have got a good one for you to try ours is a multiple cheese blend with savory seasoning and all cooked together in our smoker!!!

• Jalapeño Poppers $2.00
• Made fresh daily are our poppers which are half jalapeños deveined and deseeded then filled with our cream cheese mixture and wrapped in bacon and cooked on the smoker for a few hrs to perfection!!!

• Bbq Egg Roll $3.00
• Our egg rolls are 1 off creations with a mixture inside of cream cheese, rib meat, and seasoning then wrapped in a egg roll wrapper and fried till golden delicious brown!!!
