Topped with sous vide pork belly chashu, corn, pea shoots, and green onions. Paired with a snappy, extra-thin, house-made hakata-style noodle, kara miso is substantial yet doesn’t weigh you down.

Tori ramen is shio (salt) ramen with sliced chicken breast, dried tomato, seasoned bamboo shoots, pea shoots, green onions and a hint of rosemary.
