- A classic cheese topped with a sweet and acidic white balsamic/olive oil dressed arugula salad & shaved Parmesan. For to-go orders, we typically package the greens separately so that you can add them to the pizza when you’re ready to eat. If you would like the arugula boxed on top of the pizza, please indicate below. Some people prefer the arugula lightly-steamed by the pizza, some like a crisper salad. You choose!

- Note: we are using wilderbees hot honey, which is a lot spicier than the one we were using before. Pepperoni, sausage, spicy house-pickled jalapeños, red sauce, fresh mozzarella, parm, and fresh oregano, pineapple and a drizzle of hot honey. This beautiful Frankenstein was Columbia county’s own creation. We combined everyone’s favorite pizza (pepperoni) with our most-requested add-ons as a weekly special.
