• Learn the ins and outs of making legit NY style dough from NYC native and Off Center and Community Grounds Co-Owner, Joel. Learn about the differences in dough styles, mixing methods, and fermentation techniques. After working with the group to make dough and ball it up, leave with both new knowledge and your own dough to cold ferment at home! Buy for yourself or as a gift for someone else.
