• Our Signature cheesecake, a 40+ year recipe, adds just a hint of lemon and orange zest to our smooth and creamy batter with a sweet, sour cream topping for a truly decadent treat. Find our sweet, buttery crust at the bottom of the jar.

• Sweetie's Cheesecakes - Chocolate $11.00
• A perfect chocolate combination. We are using a premium Bensdorp, Royal Dutch Cocoa powder in our cheesecake filling as well as in our crust, all topped with a luscious Callebaut, semi-sweet chocolate ganache. Chocolate heaven.

• Sweetie's Cheesecakes - Strawberry Jalapeno $11.00
• If you are a strawberry lover but want to try something a little different, here is a fun cheesecake. On the low-end of our spicy cheesecakes is Strawberry Jalapeno. Using red, ripe strawberries, we cook them in a little bit of sugar until they are just right. Next, we add just enough strawberries to our cheesecake to make you smile, and then we add just enough heat to make you notice that this is not your ordinary Strawberry Cheesecake. Lastly, we swirl strawberry juice into our batter and on the top. Our sweet, buttery crust is at the bottom of the jar.

• A generous swirl of apricot puree floats on the top of this cheesecake, yielding an inviting aroma. The cheesecake has a light yellowish hue, with a lush and sweet smell from the apricot jam puree in the batter. A ribbon of sweet, fresh apricot jam makes a brilliant orange ring around the center of the cheesecake, with a light scent of almond. • We use beautifully ripe East Texas Peaches. Yes, we use the freshest peaches; there is no other way. After peeling the peaches, we cut them into chunks and cook them in a bit of sugar and Firestone and Robertson’s TX Whiskey. We use a natural peach flavor in the batter, and then peaches are added to each cheesecake lovingly by hand. Next, we make a peach caramel that we swirl on top while our buttery, sweet, graham cracker crust is at the bottom of the jar.

• A cheesecake with a subtle pink hue from a light hibiscus tea. You immediately appreciate a cranberry-like aroma as you taste this mildly tart, exquisite flavor. • A sweet burn. Our Mango Habanero Cheesecakes lures you in with the thought of sweet mango. We add a subtle swirl of fresh mango puree on the top of our cheesecake to draw you close. Now taste. Count 3, 2, 1 and you start to get that back of the throat heat that you love from the habanero peppers. It goes so nice with the tropical mango.
