- Romaine lettuce and cornbread croutons, tossed in Caesar dressing. Garnished with shredded parmesan cheese, and served with a slice of cornbread.
- Seared Ahi Tuna Salad
- Copper copper canyon grill follows the monterey bay aquarium sustainable fish practice. sesame crusted seared ahi tuna, accompanied by fresh field greens, mango, avocado, red peppers, red onions and wonton strips tossed in our honey sesame vinaigrette. garnished with pickled ginger and wasabi.
- Rotisserie Chicken Salad
- Warm, white meat rotisserie chicken, combined with mixed greens, black beans, corn, avocado, carrots, jicama, diced tomatoes, tortilla strips, and Monterey Jack cheese, tossed in a chipotle bleu cheese dressing and drizzled with BBQ sauce. Garnished with chopped cilantro.
