• Moist Brisket $7.70
• Moist brisket is seasoned with our Rudy's Rub and smoked slow overnight. Moist is marbled with fat.

• Smoked Potato $6.60
• A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy’s Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese. You can add 3.0 oz. sliced or chopped meat for $4.

• Pork Ribs $4.95
• About 4-6 Ribs per pound. Also known as spare ribs, which will have a little marbling on them. They are seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.

• Brisket $6.60
• Brisket is seasoned with our Rudy's Rub and smoked slow overnight.

• Baby Back Ribs $5.25
• About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.

• Two Meat Smoked Potato $6.60
• A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy’s Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of two meats, whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese.

• Turkey $5.50
• Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.

• Pulled Pork $4.40
• Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.

• Pork Loin $4.85
• Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.

• 1/2 Chicken $8.80
• A 3 pound chicken, rubbed with salad dressing and seasoned with Rudy’s Rub which is then smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served on the bone with each half cut into four pieces.

• Rudy's Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage
• A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese added to it.

• Rudy's Regular Sausage
• A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork.

• Chopped up Brisket cooked with our Rudy’s Original Bar-B-Q "Sause."

• Rudy's Jalapeño Sausage
• A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices and jalapeños added to it.
