- Nothing like a live Greek singer and clarinet band for entertainment and roasted lamb on a spit/rotisserie to let you know that this was one heck of a summer!!! Prepare yourself to be transported to our village in Greece where faith, family, friends, and fabulous food are paramount!Our Spartan Spear will make its appearance again (30 inches of savory grilled meats) along with our communities favorites from our daily menu from 11am to 9pm. Our famous lamb roast will be available for purchase from 1pm to 9pm as well!Greek entertainment from Mr. Christos Gkogkidis (3pm to 7pm) and Greek dancing! Come one, come all!
