• We smoke all natural chicken. The meat just falls off the bone. This entrée comes with two sides and side of garlic cheese bread.

• 4 Bones Baby Back Ribs Platter
• This entrée includes four bones of ribs, one side items, and a side of garlic cheese bread. Kids and older folks love this amount of food. Very popular.

• Smoked Pork Steak Platter
• We smoke one inch thick pork steaks every day of the week. We usually sell out of these. This entrée includes two side items and a side of garlic cheese bread. St. Louis natives love this one.

• 1/2 Rack Baby Back Ribs Platter
• This platter includes six bones of ribs, two side items, and a side of garlic cheese bread. This is a very popular item with the st. Louis residents who love BBQ ribs.

• Pick 2 Meats Platter
• This entrée allows the customer to pick two different meats for their platter. This platter comes in a five oz size and a seven oz size. Therefore you will receiver 2.5 oz of one meat and 2.5 oz of the other meat. Etc. This entrée includes two side items and a side of garlic cheese bread. Very popular choice.

• Our pork roasts cook for 24 hours in our smoker. The taste is amazing. We use oak that is harvested responsibly in Missouri. This entrée comes with two sides and a half piece of garlic cheese bread.
